A 1997 merger with USRobotics brought modem products and Palm into the company; Palm and USRobotics later became independent again. In 2003, 3Com formed H3C with Huawei and moved its headquarters from Santa Clara, California, to Marlborough, Massachusetts. It acquired full ownership of H3C in 2007. Hewlett-Packard completed its acquisition of 3Com on April 12, 2010. After HP's 2015 separation, the business continued with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and was integrated into its Aruba Networks
