The label was distributed by Lumberjack Mordam Music Group and sometimes co-released albums with other independent labels. Tzompanakis also organized One Day Savior Fest, held October 19, 2002, in Farmingdale, New York. The label entered a hiatus in 2008. On July 31, 2010, its website announced its sale to Tommy Melissen and a move to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The label operated under Melissen for about two years, then was officially put to rest in 2014 after two years of inactivity.
