National Airlines was a short-lived American low-fare carrier headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the third U.S. airline to use the National Airlines name. Harrah's Entertainment and the former Rio Hotel & Casino, Inc. each contributed $15 million toward its start-up costs in July 1998; Wexford Capital also invested. Its final departure from Las Vegas was Flight 354 to Dallas/Fort Worth.
