GhostCorp Apparel - resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.

Mark a distinctive chapter in Florida airline history with an ornament inspired by National Florida Airlines. Founded in 1981, the Daytona-based carrier began operations that December and served six Florida cities by 1983. Its fleet of Twin Otter, Metroliner, and Navajo aircraft gives its brief story a special appeal for aviation collectors. A memorable keepsake for seasonal display, airline-history collections, or anyone fascinated by regional flight in the early 1980s.

National Florida Airlines was a commuter airline based in Daytona, Florida. Founded in 1981, it began operations in December of that year, flying from Daytona Beach to Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. In 1982, the airline added service to Fort Walton Beach and Fort Lauderdale. By 1983, its Florida network served six cities, with Daytona Beach listed as its hub: Daytona Beach, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and Fort Walton Beach/Elgin A.F.B. Its 1983 fleet included de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft, Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner aircraft, and Piper PA-31 Navajo aircraft. The Twin Otter registrations listed for the airline were N1345U, N778CC, N779CC, and N794CC; the Metroliner registration was N602AS. National Florida Airlines declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy on December 2, 1983. The available account identifies no predecessor, merger, successor, or later brand transition.
