GhostCorp Apparel - resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.
For young aviation enthusiasts, this USA3000 Airlines youth hoodie celebrates a distinctive chapter in vacation flying. The airline started operations in 2001 with a flight from Philadelphia to Cancun, then offered charter and scheduled services connecting northeastern cities to Florida and Caribbean destinations. Its growth to a larger A320 fleet, later route cutbacks, and final scheduled arrival in 2012 tell a story of change in the travel industry. A meaningful pick for young collectors and families who remember USA3000.
Brendan Airways, LLC, doing business as USA3000 Airlines, was a U.S. airline headquartered in Newtown Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It began operations with one Airbus A320, and its inaugural flight flew from Philadelphia to Cancun on December 28, 2001. In 2002 it operated charter flights from Philadelphia, Newark, Hartford, and Columbus, adding a third aircraft based at Chicago O’Hare. From 2003, charter flights were also sold as scheduled service, with routes linking northeastern gateway cities to Florida, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. The airline expanded to 12 permanent A320s by late 2004, with two seasonal aircraft leased from Condor Airlines. From 2008 it cut routes amid competition, high fuel prices, and weaker demand, while retaining selected international and seasonal services. In 2009 it became certified for the U.S. Civil Reserve Air Fleet and could bid on military charters. Apple Vacations decided to dissolve the airline in November 2011 and subsequently used other carriers for its vacation travel. USA3000’s last scheduled flight arrived on January 30, 2012; it intended to complete existing charters through May. Its 2011 fleet comprised five A320 aircraft.
