Ghost Corp Apparel — resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.

Founded in November 2005 as ImagineAir Jet Services LLC, ImagineAir made its home at Gwinnett County Airport in Lawrenceville, Georgia, in metro Atlanta. Founders Paul Fischer, Aaron Sohacki, and Benjamin Hamilton set out to make on-demand regional flying feel less like a velvet-rope ritual and more like a practical escape from the interstate.

The original vision called for a network of Eclipse 500 very light jets. Delivery delays changed the script, so ImagineAir began flying Cirrus SR22 aircraft instead. Its web-based reservation system and small-aircraft model aimed to connect travelers with thousands of underused airports across the Southeast—because sometimes the road trip did not deserve your weekend.

On February 19, 2014, ImagineAir and Danbury, Connecticut-based Kavoo announced their merger and new private funding. The combination expanded the service footprint along the Eastern United States and was promoted as the nation’s largest air-taxi service by flight volume.

ImagineAir suspended operations effective May 24, 2018, after leadership said it could not secure the short-term and long-term funding needed to continue and reach profitability. The Georgia entity was later administratively dissolved in 2019.
