Raise a glass to a distinctive chapter in Belgian aviation with this Air Belgium pint glass. Founded in 2016, the carrier linked its ambitions to Belgium and destinations across Asia, then launched passenger service between Charleroi and Hong Kong in June 2018. Its story later turned toward charter flying, cargo, and ACMI operations. A thoughtful pick for aviation enthusiasts, this glass brings a changing airline history into everyday gatherings and collector displays.
Air Belgium was founded in 2016 in Belgium, with Niky Terzakis as CEO and a plan to connect the country with destinations in China and Hong Kong. The airline received its Belgian air operator's certificate in March 2018 and began scheduled passenger service between Charleroi and Hong Kong on 3 June 2018. Before that launch, it operated a revenue flight for Surinam Airways from Amsterdam to Paramaribo. It also provided an aircraft to Air France for service between Paris and Libreville during the 2018 summer season. After suspending its Hong Kong route that autumn, the company focused on charter operations and announced plans for further routes. In 2021, it began cargo flying from Liège for CMA CGM and added plans for passenger service from Brussels to Mauritius. Following financial losses and route cuts, Air Belgium announced in September 2023 that scheduled passenger flights would end on 3 October, with aircraft used for other airlines under ACMI arrangements. Cargo and ACMI operations continued. On 30 April 2025, the Walloon Brabant commercial court declared Air Belgium bankrupt, while CMA CGM took over its cargo activities and 124 jobs. CMA CGM said the Air Belgium brand would remain separate.

A sturdy 16oz pint glass that brings a little roadhouse spirit to everyday pours. The clear tempered glass showcases whatever you fill it with — amber beer, cold brew, or fresh juice — while a bold vintage-inspired script wraps the side for a subtle, nostalgic touch. It feels solid in the hand, resists everyday wear, and pairs easily with bar carts, kitchen counters, or a laid-back backyard table. Wash gently by hand to keep the lettering sharp and the glass crystal-clear. Built from tempered materials and assembled in the USA, this glass fits into evenings spent swapping stories, weekend morning routines, or those slow, quiet moments when a simple drink matters.
