Product Details & Size Guide
Add a Bellator MMA touch to your desk with an everyday accessory inspired by the promotion's place in mixed martial arts history. Since its founding in 2008, Bellator has moved from tournament seasons to a wider schedule of individual fight cards, while continuing to stage divisional grand prix events from 2018 through 2023. Its story spans a first pay-per-view, changing broadcast partners, and a later PFL acquisition. A fitting desk pick for fans who followed the action and the evolution around it.
Bellator MMA, originally called Bellator Fighting Championships, was founded in 2008 by Bjorn Rebney and held its first event on April 3, 2009. Based in the United States, the promotion became known for single-elimination tournaments and later added a more traditional schedule of individual fight cards. In December 2011, Viacom purchased a majority stake, and its television networks became prominent U.S. broadcasters. Bellator staged its first pay-per-view event, Bellator 120, in May 2014 at the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi. That year, Rebney was replaced by Strikeforce founder Scott Coker; in early 2015, the promotion moved away from its season-long tournament format, while continuing to stage divisional grand-prix tournaments from 2018 through 2023. After Showtime announced the closure of its sports division, the Professional Fighters League acquired Bellator on November 20, 2023. PFL planned to retain the Bellator name for Bellator Champions Series cards. Media rights moved to TNT Sports in 2024. On January 15, 2025, PFL executives said Bellator would cease operations and its roster would be consolidated with PFL's.
