GhostCorp Apparel - resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.
Start the day with a reminder of Charter Air Transport's place in Cleveland aviation history. This Ceramic Coffee Mug honors the air taxi provider that began licensed operations in 1998 and dispatched flights for sports teams, casino groups and other organizations. The company's story includes the Streamline Airlines public charter service, which linked Hanscom Field in Massachusetts with Trenton-Mercer Airport in New Jersey from 2011 until 2012. A considered choice for coffee breaks, aviation collections and people fascinated by the evolution of regional air travel.
Charter Air Transport is a certified Part 135 air taxi provider based at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded by Michael L. Hoyle, it has operated as a licensed air taxi provider since 1998. Its services include on-demand flights for sports teams, casino groups and other organizations, with aircraft dispatched to airports across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Cleveland's Business Aircraft Group is its parent company. Charter Air Transport was among the first operators of 30-passenger charter flights to receive DOT 298 authority for scheduled service. After unsuccessful bids in 2009 and 2010 to take over federally subsidized Essential Air Service routes to Midwestern destinations, the company introduced Streamline Airlines in April 2011 for scheduled public charter flights between Hanscom Field in Massachusetts and Trenton-Mercer Airport in New Jersey. That service ended in September 2012, and its dedicated aircraft returned to the Charter Air Transport fleet. The company also operates Mauiva AirCruise public charters. In 2014, Via Airlines, owned by the same holding company, began Essential Air Service flights from Beckley, West Virginia, to Charlotte, as well as seasonal service from Charlotte to Northeast Florida Regional Airport. Its flights used Charter Air Transport Embraer EMB 120 Brasilia aircraft. Via Airlines filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2019.
