Following a Chapter 11 reorganization in 2009, it operated as Chrysler Group LLC. Fiat acquired the remaining shares in 2014, and the company became FCA US LLC that December. In 2021, the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group formed Stellantis, making FCA US a subsidiary. The Chrysler nameplate remains among the vehicle brands sold by Stellantis North America.
