Later cars included the Talon, made from 1990 to 1998, and the Vision, sold from 1993 to 1997. Chrysler announced the brand's discontinuation in September 1997; the final Talon followed in 1998. The planned successor to the Vision became the Chrysler 300M. Eagle therefore bridged AMC's passenger-car legacy and Chrysler's changing model lineup, before the marque was retired.
