Product Details & Size Guide
GhostCorp Apparel - resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.
Take notes with a reminder of the regional flights that shaped Northwest Airlink’s story. The brand connected smaller communities with hubs in Minneapolis, Detroit, and Memphis through partner airlines, rather than a single fleet. Its history moved from commuter turboprops to regional jets and included Pacific service between Guam, Saipan, and Tinian. This Spiral Notebook offers an aviation-themed choice for everyday writing, trip planning, or collecting memories of a network that eventually gave way to Delta Connection.
Northwest Airlink was the regional service brand of Northwest Airlines, connecting its hubs in Minneapolis, Detroit, and Memphis with smaller cities and providing extra capacity or frequency in larger markets. The brand began in December 1984, when Northwest entered a marketing agreement with Mesaba Airlines, then a leading carrier serving Minneapolis and St. Paul. Mesaba initially flew commuter turboprops as Northwest Orient Airlink, including Beechcraft 99s and a Fokker F27. Big Sky Airlines joined in 1985, and other partners included Fischer Brothers Aviation and several carriers listed in a February 1994 flight guide. The network later included service in the Pacific: in 2001, Pacific Island Aviation flew Airlink routes between Guam, Saipan, and Tinian. Following Northwest Airlines' 2005 Chapter 11 filing, the related Northwest Jet Airlink brand used Avro regional jets operated by Mesaba and Business Express. Northwest Airlines later merged with Delta Air Lines, and the Airlink trade name gave way to Delta Connection. Across its history, the brand represented a network operated by regional partners rather than a single airline fleet, with turboprops and regional jets serving communities across the United States and beyond.
