Following financial difficulties and ownership changes involving both airlines, Paradise Island Airlines ceased operations in May 1999. Its destinations included Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach and Orlando in Florida, with Paradise Island as its primary destination. A December 1996 Carnival Air Lines route map also showed code-sharing service operated by Paradise Island Airlines aircraft to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Key West, Paradise Island and West Palm Beach.
