Ghost Corp Apparel — resurrecting iconic corporate ghosts.

This one began in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1997 as Swift Air, a private-charter operator that grew from business jets into Boeing 737 workhorses. Its flights carried sports teams, tour groups, corporate travelers, and other people whose schedules apparently could not be trusted to the regular airline timetable.

Swift Air built a recognizable niche in the strange, industrious middle ground between VIP travel and large-scale charter flying. Phoenix was its longtime home, while Greensboro, North Carolina, became an important later corporate and operating center. The aircraft wore the practical look of a carrier built for getting a team, a tour, or a whole lot of cargo somewhere without making a fuss about it.

In May 2019, iAero Group acquired Swift Air. The airline shifted into the iAero Airways identity by the end of 2019 while the underlying operator remained Swift Air, LLC. The familiar SWQ code and SWIFTFLIGHT call sign stayed on the radio—because aviation paperwork never misses a chance to preserve a ghost.

After filing for Chapter 11 protection on September 19, 2023, iAero Airways could not complete a restructuring. It ceased flight operations on April 6, 2024; the case converted to Chapter 7 liquidation later that month.
