On 30 December 2003, a Tol Air DC-3 was substantially damaged after its starboard undercarriage collapsed while landing at Cyril E. King Airport in Charlotte Amalie, following a flight from San Juan. In April 2006, Tol Air was purchased by Four Star Air Cargo, marking a change in ownership in the company’s history. The airline’s identifiers were IATA code TI, ICAO code TOL, and callsign Tol Air.
